Why we started  

Like many women, we started where you are.

Feeling frustrated going through the never-ending cycle of various diets, training with no purpose, and feeling the daily knock in confidence and self-esteem.

Our mission is so much bigger than our clients alone. We’re here to impact the next generation of women to break the cycle of bad habits, poor health and negative body image, all with our simple formula backed by science. 

We embarked on this mission because we’ve witnessed countless women struggle with the same frustrations and problems, wasting years of their lives unable to reach their full potential. 

We help our clients build life-long habits, all by training only 3x per week.

Lucy Baker

Certified personal trainer, and founder and coach at Lifestyle Fitness Formula.

I'm extremely passionate about getting all of my clients life-changing results, as I've seen first hand the impact it can have on every aspect of your life.

I struggled for years following extreme methods, feeling restricted and training most days, which sacrificed both my physical and mental health. All because I lacked the basic education around training, nutrition and mindset.

Through my personal journey, I learnt very quickly that to combine physique, health and lifestyle results, you need 1-1 guidance and support. 

There is so much conflicting information out there, so my goal is to show you how to get standout results without spending your life at the gym or giving up everything you love.

I’ve personally worked with hundreds of women to get fit, strong and healthy using our simple lifestyle focused approach.
