Don’t Overcomplicate your Nutrition

You can still enjoy the foods you love and have a balanced diet to make progress.

Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t need to be as strict as some people believe.

Make sensible choices and learn to understand what food you are eating - this is so important!

Nutrition Fundamentals

  • Hit your Protein & Fibre targets.

Your #1 goal is to hit your protein and fibre goals each day! This will help you to feel full, assist muscle growth and recovery, and help with your digestion.

  • Whole foods.

Focus on having whole foods and nutrient dense foods as much as possible.

  • Create simple, easy meals that taste delicious!

Try out different recipes and meals each week to build up your weekly meal plan. Cook with foods you enjoy and make it simple and easy to make - this will help with adherence and create long term habits that stick.

  • Build habits and keep them consistent.

Having a consistent routine is what builds long term, sustainable habits.

  • Water.

Drink a minimum of 2L per day (and more if you are training).

  • Have balance.

Continue to eat out, socialise and enjoy yourself! We want this to be a lifestyle change, not something you follow for the short term. Enjoying life and having balance is all part of the process.

Nailing these elements and building consistent habits will have you living a healthier, happier, more sustainable life in no time.. I promise!
